Our birth - and the imprint they leave
The journey from womb to world creates patterns in our nervous systems, forming a foundation for how babies will connect safely. These patterns are subconscious and somatic, embedded in babies' nervous systems, and manifest in their lives as they approach beginnings, transitions, and endings throughout their lives.

We have heard about birthing traumas from the perspective of birthing mothers, and personally, I still believe it's not enough. There is so much more to be said, known, and learned about motherhood and birthing, especially in the West, and it has been disconnected from a wealth of knowledge and from the source of womanhood and the sacredness of birthing life.
Birth marks our first entry into the world—the moment we leave the womb and enter it. This first major transition, the separation from our initial home, profoundly shapes our nervous systems. Babies are sensitive, pure energy, soaking up their environment like sponges.
How does breathwork help regulate the nervous system and soothe babies' sensitive nerves through life's stages?
Breathwork is a potent technique that directly engages the nervous system, activating the parasympathetic branch responsible for rest and relaxation by using the diaphragmatic muscle, the primary muscle that helps our lungs deliver optimal oxygen throughout the body.
How does the breath club help?
-
Space for mothers to receive guided breathwork to ground themselves and model a regulated nervous system for the baby.
-

-
